Ergonomic Workout

Raise your eyebrows and open your eyes as wide as possible.  At the same time, open your mouth and stretch the muscles around your nose and chin and stick your tongue out.  Hold this stretch for 5-10 seconds.

OK, so you might not want to do this at the office.  But when you’re by yourself . . . hey, why not?  It’s good for you.

This exercise is one of sixteen ergonomic stretches–the others are less embarrassing, I promise–in the ergonomic workout that help to relax muscles and release tension throughout the whole body, even reducing or controlling pain.

The ergonomic workout is just one of the useful items from Ergo Works.  They have lots of information on ergonomics, including symptoms and solutions, an ergonomic checklist and they sell various ergonomic products.
