Bridging the Gap

CTP relies on help from our graduates, business volunteers, members of the community, partners in the public and private sector and families to do what we do. The most important way that you can help us is to make a tax-deductible donation to help fund our services right now. Please see our donation page for details.

Business Volunteers

CTP’s relationship with the business community is an essential part of our success. In addition to being the source of jobs for our graduates, businesses work directly with CTP in several ways.

The Business Advisory Council (BAC) is a network of professionals from Bay Area Corporations that guide CTP’s training and students. The BAC allows us to continuously refine the curriculum and assist students in building on their strengths.

Businesses sponsor internships for our students. This essential part of our training allows students gain real world experience and demonstrate and refine their workplace job skills and professional acumen.

How You Can Help

If you work in HR or recruitment, we would love to hear about your hiring challenges and the trends you see in your industry. Our students primarily need entry-level employment opportunities in the San Francisco/Bay Area as well as internships. Contact Us

Ability In Tech Conference

Work in diversity & Inclusion? Yes, we would love to hear what you are doing in this area. We know that many companies are finding it very difficult to achieve D&I goals and so much so that we created a partnership with Change Catalyst to hold the Ability in Tech Summit to directly address issues in the hiring and retention of people with disabilities.

Come visit us for Ability in Tech 2017 at the Ed Robert Campus in Berkeley, CA as a participant, speaker or sponsor!
