🔹 Disability Inclusion Award: We honored the Disability Inclusion Alliance ERG for their unwavering commitment to expanding employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Special thanks to Saffy and Karen for organizing impactful mentorship events that have empowered our participants, leaving a lasting impact on their confidence and career journeys.

🔹 Business Leadership Award: A huge shoutout to Blue Shield’s Talent Acquisition Team! Thanks to their incredible collaboration, thanks to their incredible collaboration we were able to host an amazing hiring event, leading to interviews for five CTP graduates and resulting in job offers for three of them. This marks the beginning of an exciting hiring partnership that opens new doors for our graduates!
