Kantola Productions donated their “Customer Service Counts” training system to CTP to help improve the professional skills of our students. While researching ways to improve our customer service training curriculum, Alafia Stewart a CTP instructor found Kantola’s course and submitted a request for a donation. Kantola generously agreed. This is a grat new addition to our services and will benefit many people with disabilities.

Since 2011 Google has supported CTP by providing free advertising on its AdWords platform. Their system gives us the flexibility to easily reach web searchers about new projects, to request donations and communicate about our services.

Since 2011 Salesforce has donated the use of their system to our staff. As CTP has grown over the decades managing our records and communication had been increasingly challenging. Since we developed our own Salesforce app we now have a much easier way to keep track of our work, find historic records and produce reports.
