Counselors at CTP assist with:

  Making the training programs the best   possible experience for each student by   coordinating accommodations such as:

• Physical classroom modifications, if warranted
• Job Coaches, Interpreters, recording devices or readers
• Screen-readers and large-print texts
• Tutors, when needed

  Disability related issues

• Peer counseling and independent living skills training
• Benefits advocacy
• Referrals to housing, transportation and health care
• Identifying on-the-job needs
• Developing skills to make transition from student to employee seamless
