The Mentorship Project for Youth with Disabilities

CTP and Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation (MEAF) have partnered to introduce young people with disabilities to technology.

Together they have formed a mentorship program specifically designed for disabled
people between the ages of 14-28 who are interested in learning about careers in technology.

Goals of the Mentorship Project

  • To match 10 CTP graduates as mentors with 10 youth with disabilities each year
  • To introduce young people with disabilities to peer adult role models at workshop presentations and employment panels
  • To profile CTP graduates, thereby providing information and inspiration for youth considering careers in technology

Meet people with disabilities who are working in technology related jobs.
